MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tFrom<br \/>\nthe statistical report submitted by the State, it appears that a<br \/>\nlarge number of posts including important posts like Probation<br \/>\nOfficers, Guards and Nurses, etc. have not been filled up though ten<br \/>\nyears have passed after enactment of the Juvenile Justice (Care and<br \/>\nProtection of Children) Act, 2000.  The progress relating to process<br \/>\nof appointment through one Gaun Seva Pasandagi Mandal appears to be<br \/>\ncausing delay in appointment.  In the circumstances, the Principal<br \/>\nSecretary, Social, Justice and Empowerment Department is directed to<br \/>\nappear and assist the Court and state the time frame by which they<br \/>\nwill fill up the posts.
