HEMA, J.\n       - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                        B.A. No. 7607 of 2008\n        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n         Dated this the 19th day of December,2008\n\n                                 O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petition for bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. The alleged offences are under sections                     395, 411,<\/p>\n<p>465, 468 and 471 IPC. According to prosecution, accused nos.<\/p>\n<p>1 to 7 committed theft of a car and it was handed over to<\/p>\n<p>accused nos. 8 to 10 and 11th accused forged R.C. book and<\/p>\n<p>handed over to 8th accused.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3. Petitioner is the 11th accused who has committed<\/p>\n<p>forgery. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>was arrested on 13-11-2008 and petitioner is not required for<\/p>\n<p>the purpose of interrogation and investigation and hence, he<\/p>\n<p>has no objection in granting bail on conditions.<\/p>\n<p>       4. Petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a<\/p>\n<p>bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate, on the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1)     Petitioner       shall     report      before       the<\/p>\n<p>                    Investigating Officer on every Monday,<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                    Wednesday and Saturday between                       10<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                    a.m. and 1 p.m. until further orders.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<pre>\n\n             2)    Petitioner shall not leave the limits of the\n\nBA 7607\/08                        -2-\n\n<\/pre>\n<blockquote><p>                 police station within which the crime is<\/p>\n<p>                 registered    except     with   the    prior<\/p>\n<p>                 permission of the learned Magistrate.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           3)    Petitioner shall not intimidate or influence<\/p>\n<p>                 any witness or tamper with evidence or<\/p>\n<p>                 commit any offence while on bail and in<\/p>\n<p>                 case breach of this condition, bail is liable<\/p>\n<p>                 to be cancelled.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      This petition is allowed.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                            K.HEMA, JUDGE.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>mn.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Rajan Pillai vs State Of Kerala Represented By on 19 December, 2008 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM Bail Appl..No. 7607 of 2008() 1.
