He assured that Ms. Shilpa D. Shah<br \/>\nis not available and therefore, he will argue the matter on behalf of<br \/>\nthe applicant. He also submitted that non-bailable warrant issued by<br \/>\nthis Court has been executed and now the applicant is in jail at<br \/>\nGodhra.  He further submitted that earlier the applicant was not<br \/>\naware about the status of his case and therefore he requests that the<br \/>\napplicant may be released on the same bail on which he was released<br \/>\nat the time of admitting appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIn<br \/>\nview of the statement made by learned advocate Mr. Gadhvi, the order<br \/>\ndated 24.1.2011 passed by this Court, is hereby recalled and the<br \/>\napplicant is ordered to be released on same bail.
