No.20907 of 2011\n                                     Shailendra Nonia\n                                            Versus\n                                    The State Of Bihar\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   19-07-2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Initially, the informant filed Complaint Case but<\/p>\n<p>                 subsequently, the aforesaid complaint case was converted into<\/p>\n<p>                 Police case.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Although the petitioner is named in the first information<\/p>\n<p>                 report but the impugned order of learned Addl. Sessions Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                 Siwn reveals that none of the witness, has claimed to have<\/p>\n<p>                 seen the petitioner in the company of victim rather the owner of<\/p>\n<p>                 a jeep has very clearly stated before the I.O. that he had<\/p>\n<p>                 dropped the victim at railway station.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner, namely, Shailendra Nonia be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                 sureties of the like    amount each in connection with Siwan<\/p>\n<p>                 Mufassil P.S.
