RAMKUMAR, J.\n                          = = = = = = = = == = = = ==\n                            Crl.M.C.No.1873 of 2010\n                         = = == = = = = = == = = == =\n                                Dated:31.05.2010\n\n                                     ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 &amp; 2 in C.C No.924 of 2004<br \/>\nnow pending before the J.F.C.M, Thiruvalla as L.P. No.100\/2009 for<br \/>\noffences punishable under Sections 452,323,294(b) and 506(ii) read<br \/>\nwith 34 IPC seek a direction to the said Magistrate to release the<br \/>\npetitioners on bail on the date of their surrender itself.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.      Admittedly, non-bailable warrants of arrest are pending<br \/>\nagainst the petitioners. The circumstances under which those non-<br \/>\nbailable warrants of arrest came to be issued against the petitioners<br \/>\nare not discernible to this Court. It is only proper that the petitioners<br \/>\nsurrender before the J.F.C.M, and seek regular bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Accordingly, this Crl.M.C. is disposed of permitting the<br \/>\npetitioners to surrender before the learned Magistrate and file an<br \/>\napplication for regular bail within a period of two weeks from today.<br \/>\nIn case, the petitioners comply with the above condition, their bail<br \/>\napplication shall be considered and disposed of on merits preferably<br \/>\non the same date on which it is filed notwithstanding the pendency of<br \/>\nany non-bailable warrants against them.\n<\/p>\n<p>Dated this the 31st day of May, 2010<br \/>\n                                                  V.
