 consideration.\n<\/p>\n
  The facts of the case in brief are that the<\/p>\n
 [respondent formed a layout in Chitradurga town. The<\/p>\n
  ijettitroners are all the allottees of the Sites. After<\/p>\n
O  “receiving the pI’\u20ac–\ufb01X\u20acd amount, the respondent executed<\/p>\n
the leaSe–cum–Sale agreement in their favour. The<\/p>\n
