APP (DB) No.600 of 2002\n                   SURAJ SINGH KOERI @ SURAJ SINGH &amp; ANR\n                                         Versus\n                                  STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>25.   7.9.2010                   As    per    direction        of     this       Court<\/p>\n<p>                   dated 23.6.2010, a report has been sent by<\/p>\n<p>                   the Additional District and Sessions Judge,<\/p>\n<p>                   IV, Aurangabad( Bihar) regarding direction<\/p>\n<p>                   of this Court for recording evidence of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Doctor    in       connection    with       Sessions          Trial<\/p>\n<p>                   No.91 of 1986\/238 of 2001 arising out of<\/p>\n<p>                   Baroon    P.S.Case         No.13      of     1986       and     for<\/p>\n<p>                   sending compliance report to this Court.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The letter dated 29.7.2010 of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Additional District and Sessions Judge IV,<\/p>\n<p>                   Aurangabad         indicates     that       till    date       the<\/p>\n<p>                   Doctor could not be examined and a letter<\/p>\n<p>                   was      sent         to       the         Chief         Medical<\/p>\n<p>                   Superintendent, Kabir Chawra, Varanasi for<\/p>\n<p>                   sending       the    post-mortem       report.          In     this<\/p>\n<p>                   regard    a    reminder        has    been       sent     by   the<\/p>\n<p>                   trial     court           to    the        Chief         Medical<\/p>\n<p>                   Superintendent, Kabir Chawra, Varanasi                          for<\/p>\n<p>                   sending the post-mortem report so that the<\/p>\n<p>                   Doctor may be summoned               and his evidence be<\/p>\n<p>                   recorded but till date the same has not<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        been received.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    Let the trial court take steps for<\/p>\n<p>        procuring      the       post-mortem         report   and<\/p>\n<p>        examining the Doctor and report compliance<\/p>\n<p>        as directed by this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    The      Additional          District     and<\/p>\n<p>        Sessions Judge-IV, Aurangabad will expedite<\/p>\n<p>        the   matter       and      preferably       within   two<\/p>\n<p>        months, record the evidence of the Doctor<\/p>\n<p>        after procuring the post-mortem report.<\/p>\n<p>                                 ( Mridula Mishra, J.)<\/p>\n<p>                                 ( Dharnidhar Jha, J.)<br \/>\nKanth\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Suraj Singh Koeri @ Suraj Singh &#8230; vs State Of Bihar on 7 September, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CR.
