Counsel         for         the         appellant        is<\/p>\n<p>                   permitted     to    make       necessary         corrections       in<\/p>\n<p>                   the prayer portion of the Memo of Appeal.<\/p>\n<p>                             Admit the appeal. Call for the Lower<\/p>\n<p>                   Court Record of Sessions Trial No.719 of 2002<\/p>\n<p>                   from   the    Court       of    7th       Additional       Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                   Judge, East Champaran, Motihari.<\/p>\n<p>                             The      appellant          has        been     convicted<\/p>\n<p>                   under Section 302\/149, 307 and 148 of the IPC<\/p>\n<p>                   as well as 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                   the    appellant        submits           that     the     evidence<\/p>\n<p>                   indicates that it was Pappu Singh who shot<\/p>\n<p>                   fire     at   the      deceased.           So     far     as     this<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant     is    concerned,            his     fire     did    not<\/p>\n<p>                   cause injury to any one.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering               the    aforesaid            facts,<\/p>\n<p>                   prayer    for      bail        is     allowed.          During    the<\/p>\n<p>                   pendency of this appeal, let the appellant,<\/p>\n<p>                   namely, Dhrub Singh be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing       bail      bond           of     Rs.10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>                   thousand)       with    two         sureties       of     the    like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount each to the satisfaction of Sri                           Vijai<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Kant   Mishra,       7th   Additional      Sessions   Judge,<\/p>\n<p>        East   Champarna,          Motihari   in   Sessions   Trial<\/p>\n<p>        No.719 of 2002 arising out of Adapur P.S.Case<\/p>\n<p>        No.29 of 2001.
