No.37967 of 2010\n                 MADAN SHARMA, son of Rajendra Thakur\n                                 Versus\n                           STATE OF BIHAR\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/-   18.11.2010            Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                            Demand of dowry and killing for non-fulfillment was the<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation, which was thoroughly investigated by the I.O. After<\/p>\n<p>                     investigation the police submitted final form, finding the case false as<\/p>\n<p>                     the deceased died due to snake bite. It has also been submitted that on<\/p>\n<p>                     protest petition, the case was proceeded as Complaint Case and after<\/p>\n<p>                     enquiry under section 202 Cr. P.C. the learned Magistrate found prima<\/p>\n<p>                     facie case under Section \u00be of the Dowry Prohibition Act, which is<\/p>\n<p>                     doubted on the ground that the marriage was of the year 2000, there<\/p>\n<p>                     was no occasion for making of any demand and every provision is<\/p>\n<p>                     made for informants son and daughter jointly by all the family<\/p>\n<p>                     members including this petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Thus, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                    case, in the event of arrest of surrender within one month from the date<\/p>\n<p>                    of communication of this order, the above named petitioner shall be<\/p>\n<p>                    released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                    each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>                    Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hilsa, Nalanda     in   Complaint Case<\/p>\n<p>                    No.663 ( C) of 2009, subject to the condition as laid down under<\/p>\n<p>                    section 438 (2) Cr.
