RAMKUMAR, J.\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n               Bail Application NO.4445 of 2010\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                DATED: 4th day of August, 2010\n\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>who is the sole accused in Crime No.46\/2010 of Nooranad Excise<\/p>\n<p>Range for an offence punishable under Sec. 55(i) of the Abkari Act<\/p>\n<p>for having been found in possession of 800 ml IMFL, seeks his<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail. Petitioner was arrested on 9.7.2010.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the             offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>other circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.    Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail with effect from 16.8.2010 on his executing a<\/p>\n<p>bond for Rs. 35,000\/- (Rupees thirty five thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>J.F.C.M Court-II, Mavelikkara and subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>conditions: &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>Bail Application NO.4445 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              1.    Petitioner shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n              Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n              Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              2.  The petitioner shall make himself available for<br \/>\n              interrogation as and when required by the police till<br \/>\n              the filing of the final report.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              3. The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n              prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper<br \/>\n              with the evidence for the prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>              4.
