MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\ncounsel for the respondent is allowed three weeks&#8217; time to file reply<br \/>\naffidavit and state (i) the distance between the two schools; (ii)<br \/>\nwhether the students of the school of the respondent &#8211; writ<br \/>\npetitioner took admission in the appellant   school after opening<br \/>\nof the appellant &#8211; school; and (iii) why the writ petition was<br \/>\npreferred after seven years of delay from opening of the appellant<br \/>\nschool.  These are the three questions on which the appeal may be<br \/>\ndisposed of on the next date.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPost<br \/>\nthe matter on 22nd June, 2010 within five cases in the<br \/>\nfirst board.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tUntil<br \/>\nfurther orders, the operation of the order dated 15.2.2010 passed by<br \/>\nthe learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No. 11681 of<br \/>\n2007 shall remain stayed.
