The petitioner shall<br \/>\nsupply copy of the petition alongwith all annexures to the learned<br \/>\nAGP so far as the newly added respondents are concerned.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nHeard Mr. Patel learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Raval,<br \/>\nlearned AGP for the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nThe petitioner has preferred present petition seeking below mentioned<br \/>\nrelief\/s:-\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;6<br \/>\n(A)&#8230;.\n<\/p>\n<p>(B)<br \/>\nissue appropriate writ, order or direction upon the respondent<br \/>\nauthorities directing to decide the representation dated 25.1.2011<br \/>\nmade by the petitioner for making necessary changes of Date of Birth,<br \/>\nName and Surname of the petitioner in the register maintained by them<br \/>\nand for issuance of fresh Birth Certificate.\n<\/p>\n<p>(C)&#8230;&#8230;\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>4.<br \/>\nHaving regard to the averements and submissions made in the<br \/>\napplication and the relief prayed for in the petition, learned AGP<br \/>\nhas submitted that the competent authority shall take into<br \/>\nconsideration the application-representation made by the petitioner<br \/>\nas early as possible but not later than 20.5.2011 and after hearing<br \/>\nthe petitioner pass appropriate order on or before 31.5.2011 if it is<br \/>\nfound in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the aforesaid statement by learned AGP, the petition is<br \/>\ndisposed of with the observation that the competent authority may<br \/>\ntake into consideration the petitioner&#8217;s application as expeditiously<br \/>\nas possible and preferably within the time limit as mentioned<br \/>\nhereinabove and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tLearned<br \/>\nAGP may inform the authority about the decision of this Court in the<br \/>\ncase between <a href=\"\/doc\/1230627\/\">Nitaben Nareshbhai Patel vs. State of Gujarat<\/a><br \/>\n(2008[1] G.L.H. 556) and instruct the authority to take<br \/>\ndecision after taking into account the judgment of this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>(K.M.THAKER,J.)<\/p>\n<p>Suresh*<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\t\t   Top<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gujarat High Court Patel vs Talati on 27 April, 2011 Author: K.M.Thaker,&amp;Nbsp;
