Heard       learned          counsels      for      the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              The    petitioner          being    the Assistant<\/p>\n<p>                   in F.C.I. is languishing in custody since<\/p>\n<p>                   11.08.2011        in      a     case     registered          under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections     9\/7,         13(2)       read     with     Section<\/p>\n<p>                   13(1)(d)     of     the       Prevention       of    Corruption<\/p>\n<p>                   Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              It is alleged that for payment of<\/p>\n<p>                   bill of One Crore the Manager of F.C.I. was<\/p>\n<p>                   paid Rs. 1,50,000 against the demand of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   2,00,000\/-       which        was    subsequently      kept    in<\/p>\n<p>                   the    bag     by      this         petitioner       being     the<\/p>\n<p>                   Assistant of the Manager.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the fact that thrust of<\/p>\n<p>                   accusation is against the Manager who made<\/p>\n<p>                   demand   and      period        under    custody,      let     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner, above named, be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                   on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-(Ten<\/p>\n<p>                   Thousand)      with       two       sureties    of    the     like<\/p>\n<p>                   amount     each     to        the    satisfaction       of     the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Special Judge for Vigilance Cases,<\/p>\n<p>                   North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in connection with<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        Special Case No. 27 of 2011 arising out of<\/p>\n<p>        Vigilance P.S.
