Learned advocate Mr.Choksi submitted that<br \/>\nnotice dated 5.6.2004 is not received by petitioner and not served by<br \/>\nauthority to petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIf<br \/>\nthat be so, let petitioner may approach to Dy. Collector, Stamp Duty<br \/>\nOffice, Part-1, Ahmedabad by detailed representation in respect to<br \/>\nfact as to whether notice dated 5.6.2004 is served to petitioner or<br \/>\nnot, within a period of one month from date of receiving copy of<br \/>\npresent order.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tAs<br \/>\nand when respondent No.3 &#8211;  Dy. Collector, Stamp Duty Office, Part-1,<br \/>\nAhmedabad receives such representation  from petitioner, it is<br \/>\ndirected to respondent No.3 &#8211;  Dy.
