Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                  Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                  Murliganj P.S. Case No.143 of 2010 for the offences under sections<\/p>\n<p>                  379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of<\/p>\n<p>                  bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The informant in the present case has disclosed that<\/p>\n<p>                  on 5.8.2010 while he was going to somewhere on a Magic Vehicle,<\/p>\n<p>                  a public carrier, he had kept his bag on the top of the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>                  However, the petitioner, who was sitting besides the complainant<\/p>\n<p>                  and his two friends, who were on the top of the vehicle had stolen<\/p>\n<p>                  Rs.14,000\/- and some articles from the bag of the complainant. After<\/p>\n<p>                  two days, he again went in search of the accused persons. However,<\/p>\n<p>                  on being identified by the Driver of the Magic Vehicle, the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner and his two friends were apprehended and on search being<\/p>\n<p>                  conducted in the house of the accused persons a total sum of<\/p>\n<p>                  Rs.2,500\/- was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It was<\/p>\n<p>                  submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 8.8.2010. It was<\/p>\n<p>                  further submitted that the petitioner is having clean antecedent.<\/p>\n<p>                                  Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State<\/p>\n<p>                  has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                       Keeping in view the nature of accusation and the<\/p>\n<p>        period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on<\/p>\n<p>        bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>        like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>        Madhepura in connection with Murliganj P.S.
