First bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11\/7\/2011 with the direction to apply before the court of sessions itself after the statements of injured Phool Chand and medical officer are recorded. Now, this second bail application has been filed before this court. I am however not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Trial court is however directed to expedite the trial. It will not grant unnecessary adjournments. It will conclude the trial at the earliest.
