Rahman, JC to GP-III\n                                             ---\n     Order No. 04                                Dated 22nd July, 2011\n\n              Mr. P.P.N. Roy, learned senior counsel appearing for the\n     petitioner, submitted that the respondent nos. 6 to 12 are not the\n     necessary parties and prays for deleting their names from the cause\n     title.\n              He is permitted to do so.\n              Learned senior counsel further prays that the order similar to\n     the orders passed by this court in CWJC No. 436 of 1999 on\n     18.8.1999<\/pre>\n<p> (Annexure-2) and W.P.(Cr) No. 203 of 2003 on 18.10.2003<br \/>\n     (Annexure-3), may be passed.\n<\/p>\n<p>              Mr. Rahman, learned counsel appearing for the State, referring<br \/>\n     to the paragraphs-6 and 7 of the counter-affidavit, submitted that the<br \/>\n     petitioner     has   never   approached    the   police   by   any   written<br \/>\n     application.\n<\/p>\n<p>              Mr. Roy denied and disputed this position and submitted that a<br \/>\n     written request was made to the Senior Superintendent of Police,<br \/>\n     Ranchi, who in turn, forwarded the same to the Officer-in-charge,<br \/>\n     Ratu, Ranchi (Annexure-5), but no action has been taken.\n<\/p>\n<p>              Be that as it may, petitioner is permitted to make a fresh<br \/>\n     request to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi who will look<br \/>\n     into the matter and if satisfied with the request of the petitioner, will<br \/>\n     do the needful, in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>              With this observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                          (R.K.
