Thereafter<br \/>\n\tmatter was listed for atleast three occasions. On all the three<br \/>\n\toccasions unfortunately Mr. Kapadia could not remain present. The<br \/>\n\tCourt has, therefore, heard Shri Patel.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpetitioner in this petition has challenged the order dated 11\/7\/2008<br \/>\n\tpassed by Gujarat Revenue tribunal, Ahmedabad, in revision<br \/>\n\tApplication No. TEN\/BS\/176\/2006 on the ground that the authorities<br \/>\n\thave passed the order without appreciating the fact that important<br \/>\n\tamendment lifting restrictions of purchaser having land within 8<br \/>\n\tkilometers vicinity was on the book since 1995 and it was given<br \/>\n\tappropriate effect in the year 2000 itself. The proceedings<br \/>\n\tinitiated in the year 1996 could not have been initiated dehors the<br \/>\n\tprovisions of law and hence without appreciating this aspect in its<br \/>\n\tproper perspective the impugned order is passed by Mamlatdar &amp;<br \/>\n\tALT. Learned AGP could not point out anything contrary to law.<br \/>\n\tTherefore this Court is of the view that the matter deserves<br \/>\n\tconsideration. Hence RULE, returnable on 6\/9\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tad-interim relief of maintaining status-quo by all, including the<br \/>\n\tpetitioner is required to be granted or else the land would change<br \/>\n\thands and new equities may come up. In order to avoid multiplicity<br \/>\n\tof proceedings, balance is required to be struck, which persuades<br \/>\n\tthis Court to make order of status-quo, where under even present<br \/>\n\tpetitioner is also restricted from changing position and the status<br \/>\n\tquo is therefore required to be maintained by all.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t                             [<br \/>\n\tS.R.
