BASANT, J.\n\n                            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                             Crl.M.C.No. 761  of   2007\n\n                            - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                      Dated this the 20th day of   March, 2007\n\n\n                                         O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The  short prayer of the petitioners is that the conditions imposed on<\/p>\n<p>them as  modified in the  order  dt. 7.3.2007  may be further  modified.    The<\/p>\n<p>condition   that   the   sureties   shall   furnish   solvency   certificate   may   be<\/p>\n<p>dispensed   with.     The   petitioners   are   willing   to   deposit   cash   security     of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.50,000\/-  On deposit of that cash security, the condition that the sureties<\/p>\n<p>must produce solvency certificate  may be dispensed with.  This in short is<\/p>\n<p>the prayer.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.     Notice   was   given   to   the   learned   Prosecutor.     There   is   no<\/p>\n<p>opposition.  I am satisfied that the prayer for modification can be allowed to<\/p>\n<p>the  limited  extent  that  the  solvency certificate  of the  sureties  need  not  be<\/p>\n<p>insisted if the petitioners shall deposit a cash security of Rs.50,000\/-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>       3.  This Crl.M.C. is allowed to the above extent.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>       4.
