He has not enjoyed any spell of temporary release.  She<br \/>\nsubmitted that father of the petitioner met with an accident and he<br \/>\nhad to undergo several operations. Some more operations are to be<br \/>\nperformed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe submissions, the petitioner is  ordered to be released on<br \/>\ntemporary bail for a period of ten days  on his depositing an amount<br \/>\nof Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees five thousand only). Upon completion of the<br \/>\nperiod, he shall surrender to the jail authorities.
