RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n              ..............................................................................\n                       W.P.(C) No. 2000 OF 2010\n               .........................................................................\n                      Dated this the 21st January, 2010\n\n\n\n                                    J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Aggrieved of the assessment orders passed by the<\/p>\n<p>assessing authority, the petitioner has preferred Exts.P1 and P3<\/p>\n<p>appeals along with Exts. P2 and P4 petitions for stay and also an<\/p>\n<p>interlocutory application( stated as filed) for condonation of delay<\/p>\n<p>in filing the appeals, which are pending consideration.<\/p>\n<p>       2. The grievance of the petitioner is that it is without any<\/p>\n<p>regard to the pendency of the above proceedings, that the<\/p>\n<p>respondents are after the petitioner, invoking the machinery<\/p>\n<p>under the Revenue Recovery Act, as borne by Ext.P5, which in<\/p>\n<p>turn is sought to be intercepted in this Writ Petition.<\/p>\n<p>       2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p>       3.   Considering the facts and circumstances, the                                       first<\/p>\n<p>respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on<\/p>\n<p>the above proceedings as expeditiously as possible. It is made<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No. 2000 OF 2010<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>clear that till such orders are passed on the application for<\/p>\n<p>condonation of delay in filing the appeal and also on Exts. P2<\/p>\n<p>and P4 petitions for stay,    all further proceedings pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P5 shall be kept in abeyance<\/p>\n<p>     The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                 P.R.
