DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 31\/03\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\napplication is preferred by the applicant-convict to grant him parole<br \/>\nfor a period of 60 days to get his house repaired. A certificate<br \/>\ndated 10.11.2010 issued by the Member of Legislative Assembly of the<br \/>\narea in which the applicant resides is produced.  However, Sarpanch<br \/>\nof the village has expressed his opinion that grant of parole to the<br \/>\napplicant would result into breach of peace and harmony in the<br \/>\nvillage.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\njail record of the applicant convict produced on record reveals that<br \/>\nthe applicant has remained in jail for about 12 years and 4 months<br \/>\nand his overall jail conduct is good and whenever he was granted<br \/>\neither furlough, parole or released temporarily, he had surrendered<br \/>\nin time and in view of the above, the applicant is granted parole for<br \/>\na period of 30 days for getting his house repaired.  The applicant<br \/>\nshall furnish personal bond of Rs.2,000\/- to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\njail authority and on completion of parole leave shall surrender<br \/>\nbefore the jail authority in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPetition<br \/>\nis allowed accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>[ANANT<br \/>\nS.
