(minor aged about 16 years\n                 7 months) both resident of village and post office-Kushmaha, police Station-\n                 Bousi, District-Banka.\n                                         Versus\n                                  The State Of Bihar .\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   21.07.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioners challenging the order of cognizance under<\/p>\n<p>                      Section 25 (1) (b) (a) of the Arms Act and Section \u00be of the Explosive<\/p>\n<p>                      Substances Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the recovery<\/p>\n<p>                      has been made from the house of Suresh Mandal. The petitioner has a<\/p>\n<p>                      civil litigation pending in the court with Suresh Mandal vide T.S. No.<\/p>\n<p>                      17of 2002 which is pending disposal in the court of Munsif. It is further<\/p>\n<p>                      submitted that the petitioner is a minor.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  This aspect of the matter can be raised by the petitioner in<\/p>\n<p>                      the lower court at the earliest stage.
