Detail about Mr. Mukesh Kumar&#8217;s residential address.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2. State the basis on which Mr. Mukesh Kumar has printed his cards with MCD written on them.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3. Name of the officials who are involved in the investigations for the matter above\n<\/p>\n<p>   4. Provide the names of the people in Shriram J.J. camp who have given statement against Mr.<br \/>\n      Mukesh Kumar\n<\/p>\n<p>   5. There is no pavement hawker system in Dhaula Kaun area. Specify regarding the membership<br \/>\n      status of Mr. Mukesh Kumar in Badder&#8217;s Hawkers committee<\/p>\n<p>Reply of the Public Information Officer<br \/>\nNo information can be provided regarding Mr. Mukesh Kumar as the permission pertaining some<br \/>\npersonal information has to provided only after the consent of that person and the consent was denied.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete &amp; unsatisfactory information furnished by the PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):<br \/>\nNot enclosed<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete &amp; unsatisfactory information furnished by the PIO and no hearing done by the FAA<br \/>\n Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Mr. Jawahar Singh<br \/>\nRespondent: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The appellant states that Mr. Mukesh Kumar has been appointed on the Hawkers Vending<br \/>\nCommittee of his area. The appellant alleges that one of the criteria of being appointed on the Hawkers<br \/>\nVending Committee is that the person must reside in the same area. Hence there is public interest in<br \/>\nknowing whether the residential address of Mr. Mukesh Kumar makes him illegible on the Hawkers<br \/>\nVending Committee. At any rate disclosing the residential address of a person who has an official<br \/>\nposition can not be considered an invasion on the privacy of an individual. Also in the instant case<br \/>\nsince this is a criterion for the said appointment there is also a clear public interest in disclosing the<br \/>\nresidential address.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The PIO is directed to provide the residential address of Mr. Mukesh Kumar as<br \/>\nper the records to the appellant before 25 October 2010.<br \/>\nThis decision is announced in open chamber.<br \/>\nNotice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.<br \/>\nAny information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                                               Shailesh Gandhi<br \/>\n                                                                                                     Information Commissioner<br \/>\n                                                                                                               04 October 2010<br \/>\n(For any further correspondence on this matter, please mention the file number quoted above.)
