Khan, ASGI\n\n                   ---\n                                              -2-\n\n6. 20.04.2011<\/pre>\n<p>:                   After hearing the parties at length, when it was indicated<br \/>\n                  that I am not inclined to interfere in these matters under writ<br \/>\n                  jurisdiction, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of<br \/>\n                  the statements made in paragraph 12 of the affidavit filed by<br \/>\n                  respondents-State and Pollution Board on 18.04.2011, the petitioners<br \/>\n                  may be permitted to move the Central Pollution Control Board.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Paragraph 12 reads as follows:\n<\/p>\n<p>                                &#8220;12. That, with reference to the statement made in para 11 of<br \/>\n                        the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 6, The Union of<br \/>\n                        India, Ministry of Environment and Forest under reply, the answering<br \/>\n                        respondent state that the instant matter may be referred to the Central<br \/>\n                        Pollution Control Board regarding the environmental status at the site<br \/>\n                        for the proper adjudication of the instant matter and all the parties be<br \/>\n                        directed to place their case before the Central Pollution Control<br \/>\n                        Board.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Accordingly, the petitioners\/other aggrieved persons, are<br \/>\n                  permitted to move the Central Pollution Control Board, which will pass<br \/>\n                  orders after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties, and in<br \/>\n                  accordance with law, as early as possible and preferably within a<br \/>\n                  period of two months from the date of receipt of representations by the<br \/>\n                  petitioners.     It goes without saying that the Board may hold<br \/>\n                  inspection\/inquiry, if it thinks proper.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 With these observations and directions, these writ petitions<br \/>\n                  are disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                             (R.
