(Oral)<\/p>\n<p>                This judgment shall dispose of three Regular First Appeals<\/p>\n<p>bearing RFA Nos.1367, 2038,2039 and 1846 of 1992 as common questions<\/p>\n<p>of law and facts are involved therein.\n<\/p>\n<p>              The parties are ad-idem that the present appeals are covered<\/p>\n<p>by a decision of this Court rendered in RFA No.1525 of 1992 (O&amp;<a href=\"\/doc\/1736589\/\">M) (Chiranji<\/p>\n<p>Lal v. The State of Haryana and<\/a> another) decided on 19.11.2008 by Hon&#8217;ble<\/p>\n<p>Mr.Justice Rajesh Bindal.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     In view of the above, the present appeals are also<\/p>\n<p>disposed of in terms of the orders passed in RFA No.1525 of 1992 (O&amp;<a href=\"\/doc\/1736589\/\">M)<\/p>\n<p>(Chiranji Lal v.
