Md. Kalim, son of late Md. Basruddin\n                2. Maimun Khatoon, wife of Md. Kalim\n                                                Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                    ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   18.10.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted<\/p>\n<p>                     for the offence under Section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                     Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering that the petitioners are the parents-in-law<\/p>\n<p>                     of the Complainant, let the petitioners in the event of surrender,<\/p>\n<p>                     named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this<\/p>\n<p>                     order, in connection with Complaint Case No. 837 of 2010, shall be<\/p>\n<p>                     released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                     (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>                     satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, subject<\/p>\n<p>                     to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. and (i)<\/p>\n<p>                     That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners who<\/p>\n<p>                     will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to the<\/p>\n<p>                     court about any change in the address of the petitioners.
