2.      Both\u00a0the\u00a0parties\u00a0were\u00a0present\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0Ranchi\u00a0studio\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0NIC\u00a0during\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
hearing.\u00a0We\u00a0heard\u00a0their\u00a0submissions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
3.      The \u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 had \u00a0 sought \u00a0 a \u00a0 number \u00a0 of \u00a0 information \u00a0 regarding \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
reimbursement\/payment\u00a0of\u00a0various\u00a0entitlements\u00a0of\u00a0her\u00a0deceased\u00a0husband\u00a0who\u00a0<\/p>\n
served\u00a0the\u00a0Bank\u00a0for\u00a0more\u00a0than\u00a024\u00a0years\u00a0and\u00a0had\u00a0been\u00a0hospitalised\u00a0due\u00a0to\u00a0a\u00a0<\/p>\n
paralysis\u00a0attack\u00a0prior\u00a0to\u00a0his\u00a0death.\u00a0The\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0taken\u00a0quite\u00a0a\u00a0long\u00a0time\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n
provide\u00a0the\u00a0information.\u00a0Although\u00a0he\u00a0had\u00a0provided\u00a0extensive\u00a0details\u00a0against\u00a0all\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n the\u00a0queries\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant,\u00a0she\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0satisfied\u00a0and\u00a0felt\u00a0that\u00a0some\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0<\/p>\n
information\u00a0was\u00a0incorrect\u00a0and\u00a0misleading.\u00a0She\u00a0also\u00a0expressed\u00a0serious\u00a0objection\u00a0<\/p>\n
to\u00a0the\u00a0inordinate\u00a0delay\u00a0in\u00a0providing\u00a0whatever\u00a0information.<\/p>\n
4.      The\u00a0Respondent\u00a0submitted\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0desired\u00a0information\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0held\u00a0at\u00a0<\/p>\n
one\u00a0place\u00a0and\u00a0had\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0collected\u00a0from\u00a0a\u00a0number\u00a0of\u00a0Branches\u00a0and\u00a0offices\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bank\u00a0where\u00a0the\u00a0deceased\u00a0had\u00a0served\u00a0from\u00a0time\u00a0to\u00a0time\u00a0during\u00a0his\u00a0career\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
Bank \u00a0 and, \u00a0 that \u00a0 was \u00a0 the \u00a0 reason \u00a0 why \u00a0 it \u00a0 took \u00a0 so \u00a0 long \u00a0 to \u00a0 piece \u00a0 together \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
information.\u00a0Looking\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0volume\u00a0and\u00a0extent\u00a0of\u00a0information\u00a0sought,\u00a0we\u00a0think\u00a0<\/p>\n
that \u00a0 some \u00a0 delay \u00a0 beyond \u00a0 the \u00a0 stipulated \u00a0 period \u00a0 of \u00a0 30 \u00a0 days \u00a0 was \u00a0 inevitable;\u00a0<\/p>\n
nevertheless,\u00a0we\u00a0think\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0should\u00a0have\u00a0collected\u00a0it\u00a0much\u00a0earlier.<\/p>\n
5.      Be\u00a0that\u00a0as\u00a0it\u00a0may,\u00a0we\u00a0think\u00a0that\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0should\u00a0be\u00a0shown\u00a0all\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
relevant\u00a0 records\u00a0 for \u00a0 inspection.\u00a0 Therefore,\u00a0 we\u00a0 direct\u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO\u00a0 to \u00a0 invite \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n
Appellant\u00a0on\u00a0any\u00a0mutually\u00a0convenient\u00a0date\u00a0within\u00a020\u00a0working\u00a0days\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n
receipt\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0order\u00a0and\u00a0to\u00a0show\u00a0her\u00a0and\u00a0her\u00a0representative\u00a0all\u00a0the\u00a0records\u00a0<\/p>\n
relating\u00a0to\u00a0her\u00a0queries.\u00a0If,\u00a0after\u00a0inspection,\u00a0she\u00a0chooses\u00a0to\u00a0get\u00a0the\u00a0photocopies\u00a0<\/p>\n
of\u00a0 some\u00a0 of\u00a0 those\u00a0 records,\u00a0 the \u00a0 CPIO\u00a0 shall \u00a0 provide\u00a0 the \u00a0 same\u00a0 to \u00a0 her\u00a0 free\u00a0 of\u00a0<\/p>\n
