RAMKUMAR, J.\n                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                Bail Application No. 6811 of 2010\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                         DATE: 28-10-2010\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C., the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>who is accused No.2 in Crime No. 977 of 2010 of Hosdurg Police<\/p>\n<p>Station for offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148,<\/p>\n<p>341, 323, 324 and 308 read with Sec. 149 I.P.C.           seeks his<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail. The petitioner was arrested on 22-09-2010.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the         offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>present stage of investigation of the case and the other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner with effect from a future date.       Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is directed to be released on bail w.e.f 30-10-2010<\/p>\n<p>on his executing a bond for Rs. 15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand<\/p>\n<p>only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>B.A. No. 6811 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>        1.    The petitioner shall report before the Investigating<br \/>\n        Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        2.    The petitioner shall make himself available for<br \/>\n        interrogation as and when required by the police at any<br \/>\n        time till the filing of the final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        3..   The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n        prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper<br \/>\n        with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>        4.
