Justice M.SASIDHARAN NAMBIAR\n\n Dated :16\/09\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n          M.SASIDHARAN NAMBIAR,J.\n           ---------------------------------------------\n             W.P.C.NO.28647 OF 2010\n           ---------------------------------------------\n           Dated 16th          September, 2010\n\n\n                         JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>          Petition is filed under Article<\/p>\n<p>226 of Constitution of India for a writ of<\/p>\n<p>mandamus to direct respondents 1 to 4 to<\/p>\n<p>conduct effective investigation in detail<\/p>\n<p>by   authorising              central               investigation<\/p>\n<p>agencies like CBI, National Investigation<\/p>\n<p>Agency,  FERRA         and        Revenue             Intelligence<\/p>\n<p>regarding the illegal activities of fifth<\/p>\n<p>respondent, receipt of foreign fund and its<\/p>\n<p>misuse and diversion, illegal occupation of<\/p>\n<p>government land and purchase of vast extent<\/p>\n<p>of land under the cover of a Trust and his<\/p>\n<p>nexus  with       terrorist                and          fundamental<\/p>\n<p>groups. According to the petitioner he had<\/p>\n<p>submitted Exts.P1 to P4 representations\/<\/p>\n<p>Wpc 28647\/10<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>complaints and no action was taken so far.<\/p>\n<p>           2. If no action is taken on Exts.P1 to<\/p>\n<p>P4 complaints, remedy of the petitioner is to<\/p>\n<p>file      a   complaint  before   the    concerned<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate     under Section  156(3)  of  Code  of<\/p>\n<p>Criminal Procedure as held by the Apex Court in<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/1836621\/\">Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P<\/a>        (2008 (1) KLT<\/p>\n<p>724). Petitioner is not entitled to directly<\/p>\n<p>approach this Court by filing a petition under<\/p>\n<p>Article      226   of  Constitution   of    India.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioner did not produce any materials in<\/p>\n<p>support of the allegations        raised in this<\/p>\n<p>petition.
