Heard Shri Radha Raman Verma, learned<\/p>\n<p>                        counsel    for    the        petitioner      and   Shri   Anil<\/p>\n<p>                        Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                        Tilka                    Manjhi                     Bhagalpur<\/p>\n<p>                        University\/respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The   petitioner&#8217;s         husband      retired   as<\/p>\n<p>                        Professor of Political Science from Marwari<\/p>\n<p>                        College,    Bhagalpur,          Tilka    Manjhi     Bhagalpur<\/p>\n<p>                        University       with    effect       from    31.5.2002      and<\/p>\n<p>                        died on 4.7.2003, has prayed for directing<\/p>\n<p>                        the respondents to clear the retiral dues.<\/p>\n<p>                                   With the consent of the parties, the<\/p>\n<p>                        writ    petition        is    being     disposed     of   with<\/p>\n<p>                        liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed<\/p>\n<p>                        representation          before    the     respondent      no.4<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        within a period of six weeks from today. If<\/p>\n<p>        such representation is filed, the respondent<\/p>\n<p>        no.4 is directed to examine the same and pass<\/p>\n<p>        necessary order for redressing the grievances<\/p>\n<p>        of the petitioner within a period of three<\/p>\n<p>        months   from   the        date   of      filing       of   such<\/p>\n<p>        representation.
