RAMKUMAR, J.\n                     - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n               Bail Application No. 168 of 2011\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                       DATE: 17-01-2011\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This is an application for bail under Sec. 12 of the Juvenile<\/p>\n<p>Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 filed by the<\/p>\n<p>father of a juvenile in conflict with law (&#8220;JCL&#8221; for short) by name<\/p>\n<p>Shambu Prasad @ Shambu            who is allegedly involved as the 4th<\/p>\n<p>accused in a murder case registered as Crime No. 3201 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>of Kottarakkara Police Station.          The occurrence took place on<\/p>\n<p>19-12-2010 and the injured succumbed to the injuries on 21-`12-<\/p>\n<p>2010 in the hospital. The &#8220;JCL&#8221; was arrested on 28-12-2010.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.        I also called for a report from the<\/p>\n<p>District Probation Officer, Kollam. After perusing the report<\/p>\n<p>of the District Probation Officer, I am inclined to grant bail to the<\/p>\n<p>JCL on the petitioner executing a bond for ` 5,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the<\/p>\n<p>like amount to the satisfaction of the Juvenile Justice<\/p>\n<p>Board, Kollam and subject to the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No. 168 of 2011                 -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               i)    The JCL shall be liable to be interrogated by the<br \/>\n               investigating officer as and when necessary during the<br \/>\n               stage of investigation of the above crime.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               ii) The petitioner shall undertook that he will not, on<br \/>\n               release of the JCL, bring him to associate with any<br \/>\n               known criminal      or expose him to moral, physical or<br \/>\n               psychological danger .\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               iii) Petitioner shall place the JCL under the supervision<br \/>\n               of the Addl.
