No.39067 of 2010\n                               RAJEEV KUMAR CHOUDHARY\n                                              Versus\n                                        STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      29.11.2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                     learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner   is   alleged   for   kidnapping   of<\/p>\n<p>                     complainant&#8217;s daughter is said love affair in between<\/p>\n<p>                     the victim and the petitioner which ultimately ended<\/p>\n<p>                     into marriage, which is corroborated by parties<\/p>\n<p>                     (petitioner and victim) putting their appearance in<\/p>\n<p>                     Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Taking that into consideration, prayer of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                               In the event of arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>                     one month from the date of receipt\/production of a<\/p>\n<p>                     copy of this order in connection with Samastipur<\/p>\n<p>                     Town P.S. Case No. 474 of 2009, above named<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                     bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                     of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,<\/p>\n<p>                     Samastipur subject to the conditions as laid down<\/p>\n<p>                     under Section 438(2) of Cr.
