S\/C Notice has also been<br \/>\nissued and further action would be taken as per law and policy of the MCD.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO<\/p>\n<p>Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):<br \/>\nNot enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory provided by the PIO despite the order of the FAA.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. Sushil Kumar, Public Information Officer &amp; SE;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The appellant had given a complaint on 25\/06\/2009 to the Dy. Commission MCD City<br \/>\nZone Parking in which he had stated that illegal construction was set to be started at Property<br \/>\nNos. 1685 and 1686, Gali Madarsa Mir Jumla, Lal Kuan, Delhi. Subsequently he filed RTI<br \/>\napplication on 05\/11\/2009 asking whether any action has been taken on his complaint. The PIO<br \/>\ninformed him on 25\/11\/2009 that demolition action had been taken up and a show cause notice<br \/>\n has issued for this construction. The PIO informed that the property has been sealed on<br \/>\n04\/02\/2010. It is apparent that the demolition action was not undertaken completely in November<br \/>\n2009.
