He<br \/>\nfurther submitted that on the date of maturity of the loan period<br \/>\nwhen the post dated cheque was to be realized, it was dishonoured.<br \/>\nThereafter the respondent company, according to the applicant bank<br \/>\nwhile requesting for extension of time to make payment, admitted its<br \/>\ndues.
