RAMKUMAR, J.\n                      ---------------------------\n                      B.A. No.1575 of 2008\n                      ---------------------------\n                       Dated:14.03.2008\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     In this petition filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>who is the 4th accused in Crime No. 512 of 2003 of City Traffic<\/p>\n<p>Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram, for offences punishable<\/p>\n<p>under Section 304 read with Sec. 34 I.P.C. seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3.    Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner who is a lady and other circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-in-charge of the<\/p>\n<p>police station concerned to release the petitioner on bail for a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month in the event of her arrest in connection with<\/p>\n<p>the above case on her executing a bond for Rs. 10,000\/- (Rupees<\/p>\n<p>ten thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like<\/p>\n<p>amount to the satisfaction of the said officer and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. NO.1575\/2008               -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>          1.   The petitioner shall make herself available for<br \/>\n          interrogation   as   and   when      required   by  the<br \/>\n          Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>          2. The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate<br \/>\n          the prosecution witnesses nor shall she attempt to<br \/>\n          tamper with the evidence of the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           3. Petitioner shall not commit any offence while<br \/>\n           on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           4.    The petitioner shall surrender before the<br \/>\n           concerned Magistrate within the above period of<br \/>\n           one month and seek regular bail.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>      If the petitioner commits breach of any of the above<\/p>\n<p>conditions, the bail granted to her shall be liable to be cancelled.<\/p>\n<p>      This application is allowed as above.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       V.
