Anita Sharma &amp; Ors. vs. State &amp; Ors.\n\nDate of order :\t               12\/5\/2010.\n\n\tHON'BLE MR.JUSTICE MOHAMMAD RAFIQ\n\nShri Anand Sharma for the petitioners.\n******\t\t \n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis writ petition is wholly misconceived at the instance of the petitioners because the recovery is being made from Kedia Balika Upper Primary School, which can assail the order of recovery.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe petitioner are teachers in the school.
