Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                  The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with Mushari P.S. Case No. 62 of 2010, registered under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     166, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                     and under Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, 13 and 13 (i) A\/D of Prevention of<\/p>\n<p>                     Corruption Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Having regard to the fact that there is allegation made in<\/p>\n<p>                     the complaint petition only about negligence of this petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>                     caused due to non-compliance of the various schemes and it has<\/p>\n<p>                     been imputed that since the petitioner has not produced the record of<\/p>\n<p>                     various schemes before the authority concern and not handed over<\/p>\n<p>                     charge of money register, hence obstructed in public duty and the<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation of taking bribe is also on conjuncture and surmises on<\/p>\n<p>                     suspicion.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,<\/p>\n<p>                     the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest\/surrender<\/p>\n<p>                     within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail<\/p>\n<p>                     on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                     sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief<\/p>\n<p>                     Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Mushari P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                     Case No. 62 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under<\/p>\n<p>                     Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>          m.p.
