As far as the legal position is concerned, the<br \/>\nmain order passed by the trial Court is confirmed by the Sessions<br \/>\nCourt, then the second revision is not tenable before this Court.<br \/>\nEven otherwise, on merits also, this Court has gone through the order<br \/>\npassed by both the Courts below and taking into consideration the<br \/>\nmonthly amount of maintenance, I find no reason to interfere with the<br \/>\nfindings of the trial Court as no illegality or perverseness is found<br \/>\nin the order passed by both the Courts below.
