The acquisition pertains to land in Manakkad<\/p>\n<p>village and was for the purpose of construction of Thodupuzha<\/p>\n<p>Bye-Pass road.     The relevant Section 4(1) notification was<\/p>\n<p>published on 12\/6\/2002. The Land Acquisition Officer awarded<\/p>\n<p>land value at the rate of Rs.17,561\/- per Are. The Reference<\/p>\n<p>Court in the impugned judgment refixed the same at Rs.57,733\/-<\/p>\n<p>per Are.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. Having regard to the judgment of this court in <a href=\"\/doc\/907571\/\">State of<\/p>\n<p>Kerala   v.
