JUSTICE PRADEEP KUMAR\n\n       For the Petitioner                    : Mr. A.K.Upadhyay\n       For the State                         : A.P.P.\n\n                                     -----------\n\n02 \/07.01.2011<\/pre>\n<p>                 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the<br \/>\n              State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is an accused in a case registered u\/s 341,448,323,436,504,34<br \/>\n              of the I.P.C .\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that as per F.I.R there is<br \/>\n              dispute between the informant and he petitioner, who are gotias due to land dispute .<br \/>\n              It is alleged that petitioner put fire on the straw kept in the verandah causing damage<br \/>\n              to the roof. Except that there is no allegation and petitioner is in custody since,<br \/>\n              26.8.2010<br \/>\n                               Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer.<br \/>\n                               In the facts &amp; circumstances of the case , since petitioner has remained<br \/>\n              in custody for sometime , he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond<br \/>\n              of Rs.10,000(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the<br \/>\n              satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Giridih in connection with Tisri P.S.<br \/>\n              Case No. 73\/2009 corresponding to G.R.
