Since the Tamilnadu Appellate Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n\n\n\tFor petitioner      :  Mr.A.S.Kaizer\t\n\n\tFor respondents  :  Mr.S.Sivashanmugam,\t\t\t \t\t  Government Advocate\n                  \n                              -----                              \n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\t Original Application No.6371 of 1999 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records of the respondent relating to his order dated 14.10.99 made in his proceedings Na.Ka.4841\/97-A1 and set aside the same with all consequential benefits.  Since the Tamilnadu Appellate Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2.  The Original Application has been filed in the year 1999 challenging the order of the respondents ousting the petitioner from service.   Pursuant to the interim order of the Tribunal, petitioner was reinstated and thereafter as per  G.O.Ms.No.3(D) No.24 dated 21.6.2006, the age of the petitioner was relaxed.  Now the learned counsel for the petitioner states that no further adjudication is necessary in this matter.  In respect of any other consequential benefits that will accrue to the petitioner, liberty is given to the petitioner to make appropriate representation to the authority concerned.  This Writ Petition is disposed off recording the  above.
