Jindal, J<br \/>\n               This appeal, preferred against the order dated 27.2.2007 passed<br \/>\nby the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Faridabad, dismissing the claim<br \/>\npetition, is accompanied by an application for condonation of 662 days&#8217;<br \/>\ndelay in re-filing the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>               There are no sufficient grounds to condone the delay. Even<br \/>\notherwise, the Tribunal appears to have appreciated the evidence in the right<br \/>\nperspective.\n<\/p>\n<p>               In view of the matter, the application for condonation of delay<br \/>\nis dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>               Resultantly, the appeal also fails.\n<\/p>\n<pre>October 20, 2009                                          (A.N.
