Malti Devi\n                                              ....Respondents\n                                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04.   20.07.2011                Both sides present.<\/p>\n<p>                                A counter affidavit has been filed which is taken on<\/p>\n<p>                   record.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner seeks an appropriate order to quash\/cancel the<\/p>\n<p>                   selection of respondent no.9 on the post of Anganbari Sahayika at<\/p>\n<p>                   Anganbari Centre No.156, Ward No.6 in the district of East<\/p>\n<p>                   Champaran.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Both parties agree that under the relevant circulars of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Government, the Collector of the district has been vested with<\/p>\n<p>                   jurisdiction to consider any such grievance and to remedy the same.<\/p>\n<p>                                In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to<\/p>\n<p>                   entertain this writ application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner will be at liberty to approach the Respondent-<\/p>\n<p>                   Collector for ventilation of her grievance.<\/p>\n<p>                                The application is disposed of with aforesaid liberty.<\/p>\n<p>                                            ( Kishore K.
