SINHA,ADVOCATE\n<\/p>\n<p>                                &#8212;&#8212;&#8211;\n<\/p>\n<p>2   9-8-2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                learned counsel for the Railways.<\/p>\n<p>                         By    the   impugned     order   the   Central<\/p>\n<p>                Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna has<\/p>\n<p>                rejected O.A. No. 216 of 2010 on a finding that no<\/p>\n<p>                part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of<\/p>\n<p>                the Tribunal at Patna.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         The relevant case laws have been considered<\/p>\n<p>                and in our view the order of the Tribunal dated 21-4-<\/p>\n<p>                2010 cannot be faulted with. Hence the writ petition is<\/p>\n<p>                dismissed.
