ADDL.\nPUBLIC PROSECUTOR for Opponent(s) :\n6, \n=========================================\n\n\n \n\t  \n\t \n\t  \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nCORAM\n\t\t\t: \n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE Z.K.SAIYED\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 04\/05\/2011\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpresent appeal, filed under Section 378 of the Code of Criminal<br \/>\n\tProcedure, 1973, is directed against the judgment and order of<br \/>\n\tacquittal 21st October, 2000 passed by the learned Chief<br \/>\n\tJudicial Magistrate, Valsad at Navsari, in Criminal Case No.1268 of<br \/>\n\t1993 for the offences punishable under Sections 177, 193, 196 and<br \/>\n\t199 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>The<br \/>\n\tpresent appeal is listed on final hearing board for 29 times. It<br \/>\n\tappears that since March, 2010, neither the learned counsel for the<br \/>\n\tappellant nor the learned counsel for the respondents have remained<br \/>\n\tpresent. This shows that neither party is interested in the result<br \/>\n\tof the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>Hence,<br \/>\n\toffice is directed to issue bailable warrant in the sum of<br \/>\n\tRs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) against respondent Nos.2 to\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5.
