On inspection by<\/p>\n<p>APTS, a mahazar is drawn up alleging that petitioner had<\/p>\n<p>unauthorisedly provided energy to certain other commercial and<\/p>\n<p>residential premises from his supply point.          If this is disputed,<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has to file objections and seek remedies in terms of the<\/p>\n<p>Act. He also has a right of appeal against the decision of the first<\/p>\n<p>authority. Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed<\/p>\n<p>of relegating the petitioner to the statutory authorities.<\/p>\n<p>      Since the petitioner disputes having been served with a bill<\/p>\n<p>which the Board states to have been sent by registered post, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner will appear before the first respondent, collect the bill<\/p>\n<p>and remit one half of the amount under protest. If such amount is<\/p>\n<p>remitted and reconnection charges are paid, supply will be<\/p>\n<p>re-connected, subject to such payments including meter charges,<\/p>\n<p>if necessary.
