In view of the bench decision of<\/p>\n<p>this court in W.A.288\/2005, the only option open to the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>is to bank on Ext.P11. It is submitted that they have submitted<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P12 and P13.      There will be a direction to the concerned<\/p>\n<p>respondents to take appropriate action on Exts.P12 and P13 in the<\/p>\n<p>light of Ext.P11 with notice to the petitioners within three months<\/p>\n<p>from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
