BASANT, J.\n\n              -------------------------------------------------\n\n                     W.P.(C) NO. 4605  OF 2007-W\n\n              -------------------------------------------------\n\n           Dated this the 19th day of February, 2007\n\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The   grievance   of   the   petitioners   is   that   Exts.P1   to   14<\/p>\n<p>petitions   submitted   by   them   to   the   3rd  respondent   have   not<\/p>\n<p>received   the   attention   which   is   due   to   them   under   law.\n<\/p>\n<p>Though those petitions reveal the commission of     cognizable<\/p>\n<p>offences, the third respondent has not registered a crime and<\/p>\n<p>has not conducted investigation into the  allegations raised in<\/p>\n<p>the said complaints.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.       The  learned   Public   Prosecutor,   on   instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits   that   while   it   is   true   that   Exts.P1   to   P14   complaints<\/p>\n<p>have been received, no separate crimes have been registered<\/p>\n<p>on   the   basis   of   those   complaints   as   the   grievances   raised   in<\/p>\n<p>those   complaints   do   also   come   within   the   sweep   of   the<\/p>\n<p>allegations raised in another complaint on the basis of which<\/p>\n<p>Crime No.226\/06 of the Aroor Police Station under Sec.420 of<\/p>\n<p>the   IPC   has   been   registered   against   respondents   1   and   2<\/p>\n<p>herein.       In   these   circumstances,     it   is   not   necessary   to<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\"> W.P.(C) NO. 4605  OF 2007-W  -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>register   separate   crimes,   submits   the              learned   Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.     I   accept   the   said   submission   of   the  learned   Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor.     Inasmuch as Exts.P1 to P14 are receiving the<\/p>\n<p>requisite attention from the Investigator, I am satisfied that<\/p>\n<p>no further directions are necessary in this case invoking the<\/p>\n<p>powers under Art.226 of the Constitution.\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.       This   writ   petition   is,   in   these   circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>dismissed   accepting   the   submission   of   the   learned   Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor  that the grievances of the petitioners are being<\/p>\n<p>attended   to   and   the   needful   shall   be   done   in   the<\/p>\n<p>investigation of Crime No.226\/06.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                               Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                      (R.
