Let petitioners may supply copy of order of this<br \/>\n\tcourt dated 25.6.2010 in Special Civil Application No.7323 of 2010<br \/>\n\tand copy of order of this court dated 28.4.2011 in Special Civil<br \/>\n\tApplication No. 5661 of 2011 and also to supply copy of office order<br \/>\n\tdated 85\/11 dated 2nd April, 2011 along with<br \/>\n\trepresentation that may be made by petitioners to respondents. &#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of these observations made by this Court in Special Civil<br \/>\n\tApplication No. 7612 of 2011 dated 22nd June 2011, let<br \/>\n\tpetitioner may make detailed representation to respondent authority<br \/>\n\twithin one month from date of receipt of copy of present order.\n<\/p>\n<p>As<br \/>\n\tand when such representation made by petitioner is received by<br \/>\n\trespondent authority, it is directed to respondent authority to<br \/>\n\tconsider representation which will be made by petitioner and then<br \/>\n\talso to examine case of petitioner in view of order of this court in<br \/>\n\tSpecial Civil Application No. 7323 of 2010 dated 25.6.2010 and<br \/>\n\tSpecial Civil Application No. 5661 of 2011 dated 28.4.2011 and also<br \/>\n\tto consider Office Order No.85 of 2011 dated 2nd April,<br \/>\n\t2011 issued by respondents in pursuance to order passed by this<br \/>\n\tCourt in Special Civil Application No.7323 of 2010 in favour of<br \/>\n\tpetitioners of that petition and also to consider as to whether case<br \/>\n\tof petitioner herein is exactly similar to other cases which have<br \/>\n\tbeen referred to above or not and then to pass appropriate reasoned<br \/>\n\torder within period of two months from date of receiving<br \/>\n\trepresentation from petitioners and immediately communicate order to<br \/>\n\tpetitioners as early as possible.
